VFL 2009 Photo Exhibit

On Sunday, March 1, the Valatie Free Library hosted a photo exhibit at the Valatie Senior Center on William Street in the village. The photos on display had been submitted to the library's 2009 Photo Contest. Shown here are some samples of the artwork, its creators and the folks who came out to enjoy it.

The library wishes to thank all those who contributed photos. We also wish to thank everybody who came to see the 113 outstanding photos displayed. The staff and trustees of the library appreciate your support of our programs. Thanks, too, to Elizabeth Powhida and Lee Sharp for the photos in this report.

Congratulations to the winners in each of the seven categories.

VFL Board President Erica Balon welcomes visitors
to the exhibition.

Visitors enjoy the photo display.

And many more . . . 113 submissions in all.
